Research Executive (French Speaking)

Company: On Device
Position: Research Executive (French speaking)
Location: London Office/Hybrid
Start: ASAP
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

About the company:

On Device is a Brand Lift Measurement company for advertisers, planners and publishers. Our cross media measurement system makes every aspect of brand advertising accountable through dissecting campaign performance to reveal the truth on brand advertising effectiveness. Partnering with leading brands, ad agencies, and media owners, the company has earned recognition through various awards for its exceptional work.

About the role:

With our key French client transition mid-2025, On Device increased visibility across multiple international teams, which has ultimately resulted in a higher volume of projects and broader collaboration opportunities across markets. This has further accelerated the growth of the account and the amount of work that needs to be covered.

This continued growth makes this French client one of our top 10 accounts. Our French research lead has done a great job establishing herself as the French market expert. As the account has expanded, the workload has naturally outgrown what one person can sustainably manage alone.

The immediate need is therefore to provide additional support on our benchmark product, allowing our research French lead to continue developing and delivering higher-value premium work for the client.

In parallel, the BD team has also been actively networking in France and securing multiple introductions and meetings with potential prospects, so we are anticipating further growth in the French market and want to ensure we have the right level of support in place.

The candidate will support the delivery and day to day running of Ad Effectiveness studies from start to finish for a key client covering UK and European markets. As such, we require candidates to be fluent French speakers, knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage. This is an exciting time to join a growing business and the position would suit a driven professional looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their research career within the organisation

Working within the fast-paced environment requires a dedicated, committed and flexible mind-set. The ability and desire to share skills with the team and an understanding that success doesn’t come without commitment and hard work is a must.
