Alistair Hill

Alistair has spent 20 years working in media and advertising research and was previously a Senior Mobile Analyst at M:Metrics (prior to its $50m sale to comScore). He wrote his university dissertation on the measurement of digital advertising.

CTO & Co-Founder
Tim Cleminson

Tim leads software development at On Device. He has a masters in evolutionary robotics and has been practising software engineer for over two decades. He spends his off time with his 2 young kids and/or on the water.

Jonathan Clark

Jonathan has more than 20 years marketing, product and commercial experience for venture backed and FTSE 100 companies. At On Device, he leads growth and engagement for our consumer app, Curious Cat.

Sarah Robson

Sarah has over 25 years experience measuring ad effectiveness, working previously as a marketing effectiveness consultant at Nielsen. Having worked at ITV, she has a background across both online and offline advertising.

Alan Bantick

Alan has worked in research and insights for over 20 years across a mix of agency and client roles. He now heads up our advertising effectiveness research team where his broader experience brings a balanced and informed view to his work.

Meb Gafur

Meb brings over 26 years of end-to-end research experience, across various methodologies. At On-Device, he's focussed on Research-on-Research to ensure optimal data quality and best practice in research methodologies.

Fieldwork Manager
Adam Benson

Adam heads up the fieldwork team. He has 10+ years experience in the market research industry, working across brand effectiveness tracking. He works across all our product offerings and ensures that data collection runs seamlessly.

Jamie Warren

Jamie has a wealth of experience in online and offline research methodologies, gained over 20 years working in the industry. At On Device, his focus is on delivery excellence, best practice and client satisfaction.

Matt Earle

Matt is a CIMA qualified accountant with over a decade of leadership experience. He has delivered results for a wide range of media organisations, including The Point.1888, Acamar Films, Channel 4 and Conde Nast.

Simon Clarke

Simon, a seasoned leader across global accounts, joined our Singapore office in August 2022. With deep insights into Asian and European markets, he brings robust client management skills and a talent for building multinational teams.

With 20+ years in commercial roles spanning media agencies & owners, Mark, formerly a Sales Director at Kantar Australia, specialises in delivering sales growth strategies and media effectiveness measurement across our Australian territory.

Sami Smith

Sami, joined On Device in 2018, having previously excelled at Moody’s Analytics for three years, specialising in data, credit, compliance, and risk solutions for diverse sectors. Outside of work, Sami is passionate about photography and the outdoors.

Josh Merluk

Josh's background is working in sports, most recently at Nielsen Sports where he worked with some of the major rights holders and brands across their media evaluation. Outside of work you'll most likely find him playing cricket or golf.

Gulshan Mahay

Gulshan, with extensive research experience (most latterly as Client Partner EMEA at Nielsen), collaborates closely with Global Head of Advertising Effectiveness, Sarah Robson. Together, they drive the integration of leading measurement solutions in the UK market.

Luke Davies

Luke, formerly with Informa as a business development manager, brings his expertise to On Device and joined the team in February 2022. He spearheads new business acquisition within the commercial team

David Darkin

David is based in Singapore and has previously worked in a variety of areas from Fieldwork, Operations, Research, Analysis. For the last 15 years, he has focused on Project Management. David is responsible for organising and delivering complex studies across our APAC region.
